Payment Information

All orders are billed in Euro and include German Value Added Tax (VAT) of 19%. For your convenience we show the approximate prices in US-Dollar, too.

Customers with a shipping address from outside the European Union are NOT subject to VAT, but are responsible for all potential duty, foreign sales- and import taxes of their country of origin. Potential duty, sales-tax and import-tax is not displayed during the sales process. For customers with a shipping address from outside the European Union prices will be deducted during checkout process (= price divided by 1.19). Due to German law we can not show prices exclusive VAT to public, but customers with a default shipping address from outside the European Union will see prices without VAT when logged into their customer account.

We offer a variety of payment methods that give you and us maximum security. Please choose what is best for you:

Creditcard

You can choose between Visa, Mastercard and American Express. During the order process you will be asked to type in your Creditcard information. We use a secure connection to give you maximum safety and will delete all Creditcard information after the payment has been completed. Your Creditcard will not be charged earlier than shipping day.

Direct Debit (only possible for customers with German bank account)

During the order process you will be able to type in your bank account information (only with German bank account). We will draw in the amount due, as soon as the order has been shipped. Please make sure that the bank information is correct, because in case of a return debit note we have to charge 15,00 Euro.

Payment in advance (to our bank account in Germany)

After completion of the order you will receive an email, that gives you information on your order and our bank account. The bank account information can also be found at the end of our Terms and Conditions. Please transfer the complete amount to our account and use the order number as information on the transfer. After we have received the money we will start to work your order immediatly. International customers please note that all bank fees (i.a.) must be paid by customers.

Paypal

Paypal offers convenient payments and is used by millions of ebay customers worldwide. You need a paypal account to use this method. The account is free at paypal.com. Paypal offers payments by Creditcard and bank accounts. After we have received the money we will start to work your order immediatly.

Cash on Delivery (only for deliveries within Germany)

You pay the amount due to the postman on delivery. Because we are charged by our logistik partner we charge an extra 7,00 Euro for this service. The postman (DHL) will charge an extra 2,00 Euro for cash on delivery service.
